    Share price will drop once the shares go ex div. For exampl the shares are trading at 73c today cum div. If these went ex div, the shares would now trade at 68.6c (73 - 4.4). The bid is 70c and the shares sell foe a higher price as shareholders are at least partially pricing in the value of franking credits.
