You're underestimating the dilution from the capital raise - shares increased FY19:320M to FY20:710M.
Assuming 50% earning growth from Rip Curl, FY18 EPS of ~16c ($50M) would still fall to ~11c (FY20 result 5c).
Given historical PE~10, I jumped ship once it hit $1.20, and it doesn't surprise me it still hasn't pushed much further.
Not cheap now, the dilution means the previous ATH of $2.50 is equivalent to $1.125, I'd be watching inventory too.
