The Redbank copper are copper oxides hosted in vertically oriented breccia pipes, and contain 43kt of Copper. Vertically oriented pipes means a high strip ratio despite being 'near surface'. The low metal tonnage means the capital cost is spread over less rock meaning a higher cost per tonne to mine. This is analogous to gold mining.
The HCH deposits are massive copper porphry systems - the stripping ratio is nearly non existant. It's analogous to mining iron ore. Productora contains approx 500kt Copper by itself.
Don't confuse cost per tonne to mine with higher grade. The economies of scale with massive low grade deposits mean huge LOM with very low cost per tonne. Redbank is a great little deposit, but comparing the two is just apples and oranges.
