or company that went bust, bitching and whining is something you can do but it aren't going to improve your return.

Plan, action and risk management is what going to deliver you extraordinary returns in the market, it is a common stock but you can get uncommon profit that far exceed any other asset with the right system in place

Investing in stock market is risky and you face with many risk that are outside your control
market risk and un-systemic risk are two Juggernaut risk that can hit you that you can not control

but you can mitigates it with the right risk management, investment strategies and margin of safety and those things no longer matter, be it shitty management, fraud, pigs at the trough it matters little because you have discount for all of them through your risk management and margin of safety

then you just carry on life, relax, enjoy life to the max, go on crazy holiday and scoop up profit in the market whenever the opportunities present itself.
