I think you exagerate a bit? It was suggested that there was a decision and like you said and other people confirmed: it's a hearing. And yes, we have to assume there will be more hearings. But you can not be sure since nobody communicates clearly on this. And no, there is most likely not going to be a decision, but people hope there might be. I don't see people reiterating that there IS going to be a decision on the 26th. So you are entirely correct. And some people keep hoping, maybe against better judgement. And all of us are waiting and hoping for positive news in the end.
