yes based on an estimated growth rate reverse calculate back how much one should pay for any investment vehicle.lots of factors and assumptions involved & it is just a quick and dirty method to get you in the ball park. i personally like to use it on earnings for blue chips as thats more stable. dw8 is still early stage and revenues increase sharply or may vary greatly YoY so much harder to estimate and final numbers may be way off.
