AVR is not looking for full approval of their TAVR here . They are looking for approval to commence a trial and seeking a Breakthrough Devise status . As I stated (Depending on ) . I understand how slow the FDA works probably more than most here . Companies I hold and have had shares in have had delays and struggles in the past . I hold shares in two companies currently in the process of seeking FDA approvals . This is the first time I have encountered a company seeking a Breakthrough Devise status so hopefully it is a game changer . . I would hope AVR s submittion for this status dose not fall on deaf ears because from what I see this devise falls into the exact criteria of a Breakthrough Devise
