I was commenting on the buy side, that I doubted that was Instos, sell side it could be instos trickling out some holdings, but the parcel sizes haven't been very large at all.
at the end of the day, the Cuban mine is to go ahead with $13m capital from the company ( probably out of the $20m settlement so no more dilution), and then mine operation costs are $650 to sell at $1500 / tonne
this feels like a licence to print money, and that is what I believe the Chairman's actions via on-market buying are inferring too.
