My first thought also. "Leapfrogging" contract volumes & pricing mechanisms are messy.
My close second thought was at what price will Ken kick off proceedings. The announcement states " First sale(s) expected to be conducted over the coming months ..... " guessing Ken expects his incentive price range ( $600-650 pt ) to be achieved rather quickly.
