It says to me that the market sentiment is now 50% higher for a bounce to the upside on MSB, than to the downside. If I were a betting manI would be a net buyer of MSB not a net seller at this point. IMO.
Follow the money ----shorts exiting at a rapid rate ----> means significant news is close and leaning to positive.
