In the Q&A session at the end of the presentation Marjan was asked a very specific question if he expected the FDA decision by the end of this month. He answered in one word...”YES”. The presentation indicated the decision would be received before the end of the month and he spoke at length about discussions already taking place with various parties in the U.S.A. Would he have said what he said knowing the answer from the FDA was in the negative? I think not...

Another way of looking at it is to compare time zones. The presentation this morning commenced at 10:25 AEST. The time in Washington D.C. (where the FDA is located) at that time was 20:25 or 8:25pm...Does anybody remotely think somebody at the FDA pushed the “send” button on an email after 8:25pm at night leading to the ASX announcement here at 11:46 AEST?
