Having read it, I think there is a significant chance that, despite what the hedge contract says, Lehman's bankruptcy trustee can ask the judge to ignore the contract's terms and allow it to be assigned.

That chance, together with the temporarily overbought technicals has led me to exit, for the moment. However, I will keep watching closely.
