I feel some encouragement from the Announcement today. It appears as though management finally realises that they can't keep setting false market expectations. The turnaround for me was the fairly precise predictions they made for 09/10/11 in the Quarterly (sorry if I'm sounding like a broken record, but I'm not sensing any excitement from anyone else over this) ... and I was very pleased to see Lynch come out and ratify the 09 predictions. Yes, it may be to give the SPP a kick along, but I do sense a change.
