I entered this company yesterday, gladly at 20 cents. I had been on the sidelines for a while but it's proven enough that it is indeed a rising star (particularly with reference to the kids adventurer).
As per Richard Koch a star company by definition is:
- the market leader in a niche (kids adventurer watch)AND
- the market niche is growing fast (CAGR >10%)
Looking back in time, you can see that every 100 bagger was once a star according to Richard's definition... Coca cola, betfair, google, facebook, apple. The list goes on.
If you want to sell a star company for less than $30m market cap, I would recommend reading Richard Koch's book and you probably won't sell another share until we're trading on a 10x revenue multiple.
