Exactly. Assuming that is the correct company that deal would have contributed to the valuation of MM. If it is dodgy then the valuation was incorrect. The question remains, did ECS actually investigate the deal as they should have or blindly missed it. Either way, doesn't look good for management for their valuation of that deal
