    I can't figure it out. For a company that is suppose to have a "Strong ecommerce platform", as per AK, it just looks shit...plain and simple. There is hardly any information out there....nothing reputable, no articles, nothing.....???
    Anyway, the deal won't affect ECS's business plans, growth, etc....but it just doesn't look so flash to be connected to a company that looks dodgy.
