De.mem (ASX: DEM)
Another small cap to announce a strategic acquisition this week was water treatment company De.mem which is scooping up Perth-based chemicals company Capic – enabling De.mem to expand into WA.
Does anyone have any thoughts about why PWN wouldn't have made this takeover rather than the one they did? The price was more but these guys claim to be already dealing with companies like BHP etc. I dont have an opinion because I dont know enough about the industry so I was hoping for some informed feedback.
