If any material partnerships are announced the downward pressure on the HTG will ease, as it provides material reasoning for the share price. With the new appointments, current leadership and bare competition Harvest must have a few in the works. Potential Military partnership/contract as shown in their plan and the insight of Director Jeffrey Sengelman, who is ex -military and assumably has deep contacts. Also American opportunities are vast especially with new connections bought by new appointments. Would honestly be surprised if multiple domestic and international contracts were not already in works or nearly official.
