CYL & Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd's past, present and future practices with regard to indigenous culture, the environment and benefit to local communities will be embedded in their proposal to the Victorian Govt. Should CYL/Hancock be successful in their tender - then that tender comes with a stamp of approval from the Victorian Govt. It is my understanding that the greatest % of the tender is allocated to "Responsible (social) minerals exploration".
