Of everything this struck me as worrying -

Work is proceeding on an optimised feasibility study, based on the 2018 report, in which we see potential to reduce our capital and operating costs for the Dubbo Project. If this succeeds, then there is a high probability of the project getting off the ground.

Does that statement suggest the project has been a dud to this point. I do not believe that at all. That said the last paragraph is very encouraging and that is why I am so eager to read the results of the optimisation study.

Also I wonder how much effort had really been put into finding a representative from the Dubbo Local Aboriginal Land Council. Strange how they are not replying. I see some of the guys at the gym often, they are very approachable so surely one would be up for the role. I hope Mike is being good Mike and not nasty Mike. Hopefully they have had more success with the March CCC meeting in finding a custodian representative.
