Dephi might get some friends to buy up and then do another after market transfer once they're finally allowed to dip in again?

In terms of re-rate its anyones guess, good news lately has seen the SP go down, so personally im not expecting much to happen as the sellers seem to be winning despite it being low volume.
The question becomes where are buyers? the finance can put some nervousness to rest at least for a year or so now!
Also with the drilling program in place, who knows what else can be found, but if your drilling needless to say your in with a chance compared to no chance without drilling!

I think this is being geared up for a T/O, I dont see delphi owning it to operate and once the sulphide plant is up and running, who knows someone might come in with a bid for the project?
