See ASX release this morning and in particular the FREE SHARES (they call them options but they are zero exercise price) that the Chairman and Martin Rogers are gifting themselves...13,500,000 and 20,000,000 respectively.
This is in addition to the 18,000,000 odd options with an exercise of 2c that they have already been granted.
If I was a PRR holder I would be sending a clear message re my vote at the EGM...an absolute disgrace!
Unbelievable!!!
PS...check out the conditions for them tio exercise the options on page 18...(1) remaining a director (2) securing a $12m finance facility and (3) THE SP BEING ABOVE 1.1c
