I would think what ever amount they buy your shares for that would be then used to purchase Intel shares which would be issued but would also dilute the share price of Intel but given the nature of the purchase it would not matter because of the new revenue it will bring. This would be the cheapest way for a take over. Otherwise it's a massive cash pay out.
