"Lets examine the 1,890,324 shares sold down at 3.52p.m today, now one could say an institution however; lets look at it closely there were 66 trades Grand total of $283,549 dollars div by the 66 trades average about $4,300 a trade! this is hardly an institution or one person doing a dump."

From my perspective, it's not the number of trades that counts, but the time the trades were executed.
In the above, you mention 3.52pm...so I take it from the above that 1,890,324 shares crossed the board at that precise time.

If I have 1,890,324 shares to dump, and I'm prepared to accept say 14.5c for them, and there are orders by 66 buyers for 1,890,324 shares sitting at 14.5c, when I dump, it will show up as 66 trades at all the various buyers amounts, but each trade will have the same sale time stamped beside it...a dump has ocurred, but by who, who knows?
