My experience with any CR is that retail investors see the number as what the "Company" values their shares at, and as a result there is a dip to that number short term.
I'm just glad it wasn't an offer to retail investors in large numbers, and the number on offer is below 50 Million.
As a result, we're debt free and cashed up to the end of phase one for both drugs at which point we'll be monetarizing any positive results.
