What IXR really want now is some very high grade REE.
There comes a point when the deposit is "big" and size stops mattering i.e anything more than say 25 years mine life stops affecting the NPV in the PFS.
They can already claim the largest clay REE deposit outside of China. I think what the market would like to see is possibly some very high grade supergene pits for this to go to the next level.
It looks on a roll.
