Covering off on ESG is "normal" now when looking for institutional investment.
All of the major funds are focused on investing ethical and responsible projects these days. This shift in investment fundamentals has been widely reported in the media as driven by share holders wanting assurance that their money is being used in ethical and environmentally friendly projects.
Ultimately, this is necessary to capture the right interest and bring the best options to the table which will then allow Vince and Co to choose the best fit for what we need.
