Ann: Alita legal proceedings settled, page-19

I held a company a few years ago that also settled out of court but as the defendant. They never made any mention of how much they paid the plaintiff, just that an amount was paid. Shareholders had to sift through the financials to find it. Maybe they weren't complying, or maybe the confidentiality terms of this settlement will be written differently, so i'm not saying thats 100% what will happen this time, all i'm saying is i've seen it happen before.
