I'd say there are MANY companies with absolutely horrendous Corporate Governance in comparison to PRR.

Directors of small cap companies usually/ often take very meagre salary packages and hope to make up for that with bonuses such as options.
I note the ATO / Federal Government are currently looking at shutting off or tightening that loop hole.

My thoughts are that we have to look at where they are heading, and if they are going to succeed in the world markets, then people will expect a fair pay for the work that needs to be done.
Is this package over generous?
Probably - but if they can get positive results and a commercial product, no one will give a hoot!
