Interesting that Adheris took the cash rather than the shares when the 2H20 revenue number from Adheris exceeded (significantly) the earn-out provision.
Perhaps they needed to redeem the notes at the 45c so the cash makes sense......looks like at this rate, MDR will have to pay the full USD34.5m in cash.....I hope the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, else mgmt just bought more ongoing losses
