I doubt it. Divi won't be paid until debt more managable and plant actually starts returning a profit.
I think they will still be commissioning and de-bottle-necking 12 months on. I'm not expecting them to be at capacity for 18 months at best.
Realistically, I would be expecting 40 to 80 cents SP for the near term.
This is not me rubbishing them, its a new plant, new process, new technology. No new plants runs from the first turn of the key.

I think you need to re-adjust your expectation. Its not realistic in my opinion.
