A good CEO has the role of employing the right people at the right time for the right job.
Although many are quick to criticise him, IMO he has done this exactly as required, textbook.
The people are coming as the requirement becomes active.
You cant run a company and keep it alive on a shoestring budget by employing all the people you might need in the future before they are required.
Not only have we got the people to fill the roles at the right time, but we have also got quality industry leaders, specialists in their fields.
And the architect of this is Diamond.
Apparently, it has been hard for some to understand the role of a development CEO, but now hopefully it is more evident.
All the roles at our company that have been created are the results of our CEO, and Moses will have been doing a good job also.
