Totally agree Zend-Ice-man. The emission controls are usually attempted in Winter not spring/summer. This is peak production and consumption time and if they actually restrict production in this province this will just drive up prices and it will be produced in another. US economy picking up and Chinese exports increasing so no way are they going to restrict production to achieve 2060 carbon neutral......good try CCP give you 8 out of 10
