Sure maybe the Israeli Research was an unproductive waste of money
But then again they maybe sitting on something big ( which is going to take time to develop) and just didn't want the whole show to be over in Israel for whatever reason
It's speculation that the research was a fizzer & it's speculation that the research has the seeds (no pun intended) of a winner
