Page 50 of AFR today covered the issue:

Meltzer: Lack of proper processes and transparency around the appointment of another director. Took a stand against this.

Reid: Differences over strategy was the reason not governance.


Amazing that the CEO & founder received so much support to block the appointment given the performance of the company and its funds over the last 12 months. Clearly still a very tightly held and supportive register.

At least a reasonable protest vote was recorded regarding remuneration.
