I read the article as THUMBS UP for esi understanding that I may perhaps be a little more tuned in to what happens in LV...
I would suggest esi is both conspicuously and semantically implied in the articles' heading and then again in para's 7 and 8 just for starters
To explain;
The article heading states 1bn is at risk...not 6 bn
paras 7 and 8 ,,,3 or 4 options??,,, really ??..in which order.......and why would such a commercially confidential cannon ball be fired across exergens bows in such a loose manner ?
More food for thought perhaps NT ???
