and whilst there is a lot of noise at present surrounding yesterday's announcement (even admittedly some concern from me) Mr Rogers has a whole 1+ month before having to stand in front of his paying (and non paying) shareholders.
Things can change a lot inside 1 month in any company especially a biotech.
He surely knows something significant that is price sensitive to say the least is going to happen before the EGM.
I hope so for him, but more so for all of us. Else I fail to see that he could be in a strong position (At that time) to feel confident standing there asking for us to approve his huge wadge of options.
I'm hopeful.
