The personalised approach leads to questions without answers on multiple occasions being weighed against questions with answers on multiple occasions and then logically inferring answers to unanswered questions by reason of the silence and thereby lack of denial.
Not wishing to raise speculation I will leave it you and others to understand what I am referring too.
