the whole thing has got me F@#$ed. Trade, for 4 days then another halt. Why bother with sophs. NVA could have taken 3 mil and done behind scenes and no halt.

Mgt: yeah ok we need 3 mil. we'll also give ya 1 for 2 options @ 15 cents for 2023.
Cornerstone: ok send paperwork and we will sign and money in account tomorrow morning.
Mgt: bewdie.

all this negative sentiment due to give away options does this to ya head. hahaha
