Women have never been more empowered than they are today.
If you have been raped go to the police and follow through.
If subject to other poor behaviours make it official through complaints process.
Glad to be involved in agriculture. Women are treated very well and hold many important positions in Farmer organisations which they achieved by virtue of talent and hard work not some quota system.

Problem is if you're sh%tfaced you can't consent and the onus (as always) is on the bloke not to rape you.

It's not a high bar not to rape someone.
