(I'm with ANZ[CMC]) ie retail, we can trade under $500 If we already own a parcel of that stock, $500 is minimum for initial buy-in only, still we wouldn't buy one share because each trade has fee of $19.95 so Yes not worth it to us to raise or dip the price with one share.
