The recent intraday / all time high is $1.467 22-1-21
The highest close is $1.365c the day prior to that and it’s only closed over $1.20 twice.
20-1-21 $1.25

While the SP could be better, it’s not as bad as looking at 52 week highs and closes would suggest. IMO
