    why would they bother announcing this if the future wasn’t looking bright?

    have you read the last 20 deals, MOU's, POC's LOI,'s, why would they bother releasing them?

    imo it may have something to do with the salaries that continue to be paid including bonuses.......nick qualify for a bonus here ST? another 150k on top of his 350k

    Surely Talico must need some funds now too ay.....
