Zeebot - just make sure in future communications you make it clear to them that the 7-day period they have to respond commences from WHEN YOU REQUESTED THE INFORMATION.
NOT from when they decide that it's a reasonable request.
So the countdown timer has already commenced, or at least will do from when a request is made with the appropriate details. There's nothing about specific forms or anything - that's maybe some other garbage added by BoardRoom, but the time to respond is still from when you make your request.
