I'm not sure to whom I am addressing this letter as by the time it arrives, the 'imminent' changes you announced one month ago may have taken place.

Now I realise that there is a lot about to happen, and with the approaching appointments all that is brewing will be close to having an effect on the share price.

Coming from a long term shareholder, who has a LARGE paper loss, I am expectant that you will be doing something positive to harness the fast-approaching move into gold mining equities and following on from that, the move into quality explorers.

With the next leg up in POG forthcoming, gathering our resources, both in the ground, as well as the intellectual property the company has, the market will have to see the handwriting-on-the-wall.

I would love to see an immediate re-rating, impending announcements not withstanding. I'm not sure what you have in store but there is something palpable in the air.

Not being a charlatan, so being unable to read what is in the cards, I would love to know what is in the offing instead of catching rumours in the wind.

In view of the current bullish outlook for gold, an ineluctable change from explorer to producer would be warmly welcomed by me and I'm sure every other very long positioned shareholder.

Inescapable derisive comment is to be expected in this environment that you yourselves have created. You have placed a lot of shareholders' hope on the last announcement about inevasible appointments. And while these changes may be inevitable, it is likely that you will have ASIC looming over your shoulders, menacing attention that will be brought about by disillusioned shareholders.

If changes are near or nearing completion, that would be fantastic. Personally speaking I am extremely bullish overall about the next move, which many will agree is nigh, and we can't wait to see the share price on its way.

With so much on the horizon, and the very real threat that I may be soon living on the verge (literally lol), I would welcome the opportunity to remove the overhanging feeling of doubt that has started to pervade the minds of some shareholders.

Is it possible that with so much going on the risk/reward ratio is declining and we will all soon be in clover? It is probable that it will be in June methinks, with so much threatening to bring EXM's stars into alignment. I am extremely positive of things to come.

Now I'm off to have the unavoidable, unescapable drink.
