Dear Shareholders,
Due to some information that needed to be gathered from overseas there has been a delay in advancing a potential legal/class action against individual directors.
In the case of a class action it is likely that it will be sponsored by individual holders. However if anyone would like to indicate whether they would be willing to participate, it will help as discussions and preparation of the case advances.
I do realise that many shareholders like myself have again been led to wait on the outcome of indicated progress on projects and as such may not be as enthusiastic about a legal action. Fair enough. However we need to send a definitive message to the company that enough is enough and our patience is limited and there is also a limit to how long they can keep promising without the tangible outcome. It is for that reason that wheels needed to start turning. We have gambled on this for a long time. This is perhaps the time to consider our other options.
