Can the Australian Government loose its AAA rating? I think it can. It desparetely needs TLS to deliver NBN cost effectively. Deals will be made to ensure the TLS shareholders are properly compensated. It now seems inavitable that TLS will be split. Strangely enought I feel more and more comfortable about it... Hopefully then TLs will be left alone and will be able to get on with the job.
