According to DMM announcement on the 9th of April:
"The bulk samples were dispatched from the Republic of Congo on 26th March and arrived in Australia on 8th April.
Results are expected to be available in May 2009."
We are now in the last week of May so we should hopefully have an announcement with regard to this some time this week.
This should look at some of the concerns you have with the quality of the find I think.
