I have to see there are positives for ASM in this Cap Raise; (1) funds are needed to progress the Metalisation plants in South Korea, Australia and USA etc; (2) it provides a floor for ASM shares, so we all can be comfortable. The negative is that there might be a temporary weakness in its share price, and I think the issue price could be around $4.50 to $4.80.
