I was discussing shares with a dental surgeon about 18 months ago (over my daughter's highly sedated body) and my tip for her was PAR. When I tried to elaborate with PPS information she interjected with "Oh, that's the one vets have been self injecting with! I wasn't aware of human trials. Thanks for the tip!" So it appears to have been unofficially trialled and deemed successful enough to keep using on themselves in some parts of the vet population.
